Our Warranty
At Jody’s Auto, we stand behind the parts and repairs we provide. Warranty coverage varies depending on the parts and services purchased, so please refer to your invoice for the specific warranty that applies to your vehicle.
7-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty
Qualifying new aftermarket parts are covered for 7 years with unlimited mileage from the original purchase date.
Coverage includes the replacement of an approved defective part and associated labor.
Some parts have separate warranty terms, including brakes, batteries, exhaust components, dealer or OEM parts, diesel components, drivetrain components, tires, and other items identified with a different warranty code.
2-YEAR / 24,000-Mile Warranty
Qualifying brakes, batteries, and exhaust components are covered for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Coverage includes replacement of a confirmed defective covered part and associated labor.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by outside conditions, road-impact damage, modifications, and failures caused by another vehicle condition are not covered.
1-Year / 12,000 Miles Warranty
Qualifying dealer/OEM parts, diesel components, and drivetrain components are covered for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Coverage includes replacement of a confirmed defective covered part and associated labor.
If a manufacturer or supplier warranty is specifically listed on your invoice, those warranty terms apply.
2-Year Tire Protection
When you purchase a set of 4 tires from Jody’s Auto, your tires include free rotations and free repair of safely repairable road-hazard punctures while more than 3/32" of usable tread remains.
If a tire is damaged by a road hazard and cannot be safely repaired, it may be eligible for replacement during the first 3/32" of original usable tread wear.
Eligible replacement coverage includes the tire, mounting, balancing, standard valve stem, applicable taxes, and normal fees.
Tire protection applies to the original purchaser and vehicle and is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date. The tire must be presented to Jody’s Auto for inspection before repair or replacement. TPMS components are not covered.
Mile Nationwide Repair Warranty
Eligible repairs may also include a 2-year / 24,000-mile nationwide limited warranty through our third-party warranty program.
If your vehicle is more than 25 miles from Jody’s Auto when a warranty repair is needed, contact the warranty administrator before any repairs begin.
Coverage is subject to the official program terms and exclusions. Please keep your original paid invoice.
Roadside Assistance Coverage
Purchases of $25 or more in services include 12 months of roadside-assistance reimbursement for the original purchaser and vehicle.
Eligible services include:
- Towing
- Lockout assistance
- Spare-tire installation
- Jump starts
- Emergency fuel, oil, fluid, or water delivery
Customers may be reimbursed up to $150 per event, with a maximum of 2 claims. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivered materials.
Submit your claim and paid receipt within 60 days. For dispatch assistance, call 800-457-0019.
Commercial & Fleet Warranty
Eligible commercial and fleet repairs are covered by a 1-year / 12,000-mile nationwide limited warranty, whichever comes first.
Coverage applies to eligible vehicles up to 19,500 pounds GVWR. If your vehicle is more than 50 miles from Jody’s Auto, contact the warranty administrator at 800-457-0019 before any warranty repair begins.
Important Warranty Information
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and vehicle shown on the invoice. Unless otherwise approved in writing by a Jody’s Auto manager before work begins, warranty service must be performed at Jody’s Auto.
Warranties do not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, insufficient maintenance, overheating, contamination, accidents, modifications, unauthorized tampering, normal maintenance, unrelated failures, or incidental or consequential losses.
Your specific invoice and applicable manufacturer, supplier, or third-party warranty terms determine the coverage that applies to your repair.
